Feet problems?
so i have never had feet problems previously but recently i noticed that my feet begin to feel like they're burning like crazy on the bottom after i do some sort of running (soccer, running miles)

what's wrong with them? & also i have two sore/semi hard spots on 2 of my toes i noticed yesterday ...help?
You definitely sound as though you may have Athlete's foot, which is also called Tinea Pedis. For detail about it go the website listed below.

Good Luck!
Feet problems?
My farrier came up a week ago, and it was hot and the flies were bad, he told me my horses feet were okay and he would come back in the early morning in a week.

Anyway, just the other day, my horse chipped part of the hoof off and my horse is limping. My farrier is coming the end of this week, is there anything I should do until then?

Why is my horse having a problem?
I'm sorry to hear that and I can't help thinking that maybe your farrier is partly to blame if the hoof is chipped because it was in need of trimming and your farrier postponed doing that until an early morning of the following week because as you said, when he was there "it was hot and the flies were bad." Of course it would be best if you could get the farrier back before the end of the week but in the meantime I would suggest that you wash the hoof good with an antibacterial soap and rinse and dry the hoof real good and then apply an antibacterial salve and put it in a clean hoof boot to prevent infection until your farrier returns later in the week.
Feet Problems?
I recently developed very sore feet. The symptoms are pain on the bottom of foot (below the ankle) and pain in the base of all of my toes. It seems to get worse at night especially in the toes. I would like to know can anyone shed any light on what this might be.
have you been wearing heels lately? where comforable shoes and go see a doctor
Feet...problems?
how can you do a pedicure at home? and how can you make your feet smell nice after a long day with the shocks? what can you do to prevent smelly feet?

Thanks
"Tools:

1. Aromatic oils

2. Exfoliator

3. Lotion

4. Non-acetone polish remover

5. Orangewood stick (instead of plastic)

6. Real cotton balls

Step by Step
Take off old polish.
Use a non-acetone remover because it is easier on your nails and skin, and doesn't have any harsh vapors.

File your nails.
Try not to file the sides too much -- it can cause hangnails and weaken your nails.

Soak in warm water.
Soak hands for two to three minutes, and feet for five minutes. Since soap can be drying, use scented salts or essential oils instead. If your feet are callused, use a pumice stone when feet are wet and use a foot file after they are dry. If you do this once a day, calluses won't build up.

Condition cuticles.
Use oil (if you don't have cuticle oil use olive oil or baby oil), then gently push back the cuticle with an orangewood stick to get a really nice shape. Optional step: Use an exfoliator to slough off dry skin, then rinse and put on lotion.

Give yourself a massage.
Slather hands and feet with a good vitamin E-enriched lotion. Use a non-acetone polish remover to clean the nail bed, wiping off any remaining cuticle oil or massage lotion (the surface can't be greasy when you apply polish). Clean under the nail too, with an orangewood stick wrapped with cotton and dipped in the remover. I prefer wood because it's kinder to the tender skin under the nail. Plastic is okay in a pinch -- but if your remover has acetone, the plastic will melt.

Apply nail strengthener.
Or use a regular base coat. This protective layer is especially important if you're using dark polish (intense pigment can permanently stain nails).

Apply two layers of nail color.
Polish the ends of your nails, too, for extra wear.

Apply a clear top coat.
Touch the ends with this, too -- if your nail was a shiny new car, this would be the front bumper. Let dry and show off your gorgeous hands and feet!"
FEET Problems?
how do i make my feet bigger
i'm 16 5'4 128 lbs
my feet size is 6.5-7
it hasn't grown in 3 yrs
i know girls who are 13 and have bigger feet than me
i also eat, work out, sleep alot
i also drink lots of milk
There is nothing you can do so don't worry about it!
I previously worked in a shoe shop and size 7 is a really normal size to be so you're not alone. At least you haven't got feet like boats like a lot of men I know, you can wear fashionable pointy shoes and it wont look silly. Try wearing smart shoes with a bit of a point or big chunky skater trainers and it will make them look bigger.

What should I do my son has feet problems?
My son was born w/ feet problems where both of his feet are inwards and i've taken him to a foot doctor and he's put him in straigh lass shoes then now w/a brace on it. It doesn't seem to be working for him and I don't want him to grow up with his feet like that cuz he's gunna feels embarassed or something. He can't wear shoes cuz his feet don't fit in them.....
I'd go look for a pediatric orthopedic physician. Ask your pediatrician. I'm assuming your guy is an infant.

I have this job that I really love should I quit it and get a different one cause of feet problems?
I have been working for over 6 months and i really love it. The manager actually asked me would I like to switch Jobs because of my problem with my feet. I said no because I love the job so much.
Hi, Have you been to a doctor/podiatrist to get the feet/muscle issues sorted? There are a lot of things that can be fixed/altered/wear different shoes/orthotics, so you won't have to give up your job (unless of course you're a model in 4" heels all day). Do you want to be able to walk when you're 50 or 80 years old? If so, it's worth the cost now to check it out and get it sorted. Keep the job, it'll help pay for the podiatrist (smile), and keep your feet walking for life.
In the military with feet problems and need some answers.?
I have never had any problems with my feet until I got to Iraq, I have bought 6 pairs of shoes in 4 months and 2 pairs of boots in 2 months and I am a E3 and I am currently on profile and I need to know what can I do to get out, I am due to see the Podiatrist upon return from Iraq and my feet are not healing. I need some help on what to do I would rather just get out before my feet become worse can I get some guidance please?
you said podiatrist so im assuming you're having ankle/arch/plantar problems.
if you havent already, ask your doctor to send you to the nearest CSH and have the physical therapist there check you out.
not sure what your problem is, but heres a few ideas:
if you used to be high arched you might have fallen arches. happens to a lot of soldiers because of the extra weight from gear. see if your doctor can order some inserts for you or get shoes that are meant for people with flat feet.
if you are flat footed your plantar might be flexed. try stretching out yoru feet each morning.
if its ankle pain: get a lace up ankle brace. that will fix 90% of ankle pain and instability within a short amoutn of time.
if you havent already, get a pair of oakley boots: good shock obsorbtion and great ankle support.
Can flat feet cause problems later in my life?
I had flat feet since I was born. I'm 18 years old right now and still have it. I wear shoes with barely any arch in it. I usually like to wear indoor soccer shoes everywhere I go. I don't have any pain at all like some others have with flat feet. I'm just wondering if this could cause me some problems later in life where I would have to have some serious surgery or could I just live the rest of my life with flat feet?
My father (56 yrs old) has ridiculously flat feet and the only problems he has at this point are his knees. I have heard people have back pain from flat feet, but orthotic inserts in your shoes could help alleviate any problems if you develop any. Orthotics can be bought at WalMart or Walgreens, Dr Scholl's brand is pretty decent. Or you can go to a podiatrist to get some made specifically for your feet and how you stand.
